VOID & MEDDLER is focused on fragments and details, rainy nights and blurry lights. A single night's intrusion into Finn's life and hopes. After two years of aimless and memoryless wandering, among frustrating strangers and merciless looters, Finn decides to put it all to rest. She'll have a few hours to put things right, searching for strong, pure, and tangible memories. In a city where races and species overlap, perhaps she'll find the long-lost human touch in her life.
The idea behind Void & Meddler was to create a game that resembled its creators: two musicians fueled by 80s noise music, synthwave, road trips, and cyberpunk literature. Together, we conjured up the narrative, created No Wave, cared for the strange, and partook in a chaos of wires, neon, and white noise. Distance doesn't spoil anything. The speakers were put aside for a while, and we dove headfirst into another realm we loved, full of code, texture, and pixel art.Minimum
