In Rocket Knight, players take on the role of a fiery opossum named Sparkster ,
who returns home to the kingdom of Zephyrus after 15 years to find it in ruins. Using wits and their trusty rocket pack, players must avoid and overcome the hostile wolf army looming large, threatening the lives of the Zephyrus people. A 2.5D action-adventure title, Rocket Knight offers vast new worlds, each containing massive platforming and rocket-flying levels. As players navigate challenges, their rocket pack can be used to bounce off walls, launch Sparkster through obstacles and enemies in his path, and punch through weakened walls to create new passageways. In addition to the explosive projectiles fired from Sparkster's sword to attack distant enemies, players' rocket packs can also create a blast vortex to bounce enemy bombs back at them. If all else fails, players can use Sparkster's grabby tail to hang onto and slide down rails to avoid danger. With timed levels and leaderboards, dedicated players will also be able to showcase their high scores and fastest times online.
