Never Dead is a third-person action game
set in a fantasy and horror-influenced world where supernatural battles between humans and extraordinary creatures span a vast cityscape. Players wield a butterfly-inspired sword and an arsenal of weapons to destroy waves of non-godly enemies in the near future. The game begins in the waking hours of peace and tranquility, when the world is threatened with being consumed by a demonic plague. Centuries have passed since the world succumbed to an unexpected shadow of evil, and a hero was transformed into an immortal by demons. These demons have returned in the present, causing non-stop chaos powered by destructible in-game environments. Now, using his immortal regenerative powers to reassemble his own body to avoid death, the hero executes the only salvation the world will ever know, for he is Never Dead.
