This is a hacked version of Winning Eleven 2002 (Japan). Similar to ISS2 - Club Edition, but with different clubs and squads updated to the 02-03 season. You also get the improved graphics from WE2002 and Japanese commentary by Jon Cabira, and yes, he can call players by name too. Some menus are in Japanese, but the descriptions are translated into English. Everything you need is in English. Note: Despite the "European" label, there are teams from everywhere.
