2050 is a 2D isometric city management game about dealing with water pollution today so we can have a better future tomorrow.
As the mayor, you'll manage the last habitable city in the near future, having turned our planet into a heavily polluted waste dump. Most of the water in Water 2050 is highly polluted and barely fit for human consumption; there's so much environmental damage that it's nearly ended life on Earth. There's nothing time travel can't fix.
Travel back in time to implement real-world technologies and behaviors that will reduce water pollution in the future. Deal with natural disasters, polluted areas, difficult choices, and an eccentric engineer who helps you as much as possible. Earth's future can be fixed today.
Developed in collaboration with the Water Environment Association, the game aims to raise awareness of current practices and technologies being implemented to reduce our water pollution, ensuring a better tomorrow for us all. A portion of the funds raised from this game are donated by WEF to research, publications, and programs addressing solutions to the water crisis.Minimum
