When a thermonuclear strike deprives America of its greatest minds, humanity's strongest archetypes cling to life. From the ashes of old America, a new world emerges, and a fake post-apocalyptic world, dead in the 1980s, continues indefinitely, populated entirely by God's strongest, baddest, and most stupid creatures: the Mortals.
Live the life of a mortal, fighting with all your might, bullets, and baseball bats, for the most precious of unnatural resources, a liquid from beneath the sands that fuels all that is uncivilized: alcohol. Get a strange hangover from mutations and explore the Fridges, the mysterious underground bunkers, in search of powerful weapons, impressive armor, and a nice stiff drink to top it all off. Who knows, maybe you'll discover some secrets of the Old World along the way.
Or maybe you won't, because death comes fast in the Westlands, and what is yours today may be ripped from your pile of entrails tomorrow. Minimum
