Hundreds of years before the story of Lenneth, another epic lay hidden by the gods. The Valkyrie Silmeria faithfully served Odin, but after an incident sparked conflict between them, Odin forcibly reincarnated her as a human. The human soul that would carry hers was that of Alisha, Princess of Deban. Normally, Silmeria's consciousness would be sealed, her spirit remaining dormant until summoned again... However, the forced transmigration causes Silmeria's spirit to awaken within Alisha, leaving two souls inhabiting one body. The soul that was supposed to be sealed has awakened—a state Odin won't ignore for long. This installment introduces the new Photon Action system to the classic side-scrolling action formula found in the original. The projection of photons gives players more freedom to explore and expands the action, leading to challenging puzzles with clever solutions. Add to this the "Sealing Chambers" that affect the laws of nature in dungeons, elevating strategy to new heights. The unique battle system of the previous game has evolved into an advanced tactical battle system.
