Information
Since time immemorial, the Night Blade organization has served as guardians of what is known as the Empty Night. While resting from her eternal labors in an unremarkable town, the Night Blade princess, Lynn, meets a young boy named Hyde, who possesses the legendary Sword of Destiny she has been searching far and wide for. In the Empty Night, monsters known as Voids feed on the power that manifests there, while those known as In-births use that same power for their own purposes. While investigating the cause of the sudden increase in the numbers of both Voids and In-births in the Empty Night, Lynn hears of a sinister plot being hatched by someone called Paradox. This someone turns out to be none other than Hilda, the leader of a mysterious organization known as Amnesia.
Vowing to stop Paradox before her evil plans can come to fruition, Lynn heads off into the night. Unbeknownst to her, the young boy she met, Hyde, follows her, desperate to know who and what she is.
