After her last adventure, Tobari finds herself on a beach, but she's not there to catch a few rays. A mysterious voice calls out to Tobari, asking for her help. With nothing else to go on, Tobari sets out to sea to help this mysterious person. Her journey won't be easy, as she'll face challenges from the sea people who don't want to let surface dwellers pass easily. But what are the sea people trying to achieve?
