The pace of This War of Mine is dictated by the day-night cycle. During the day, snipers outside prevent you from leaving your shelter, so you need to focus on maintaining your hideout: crafting, trading, and caring for survivors. At night, take a civilian on a mission to search a series of unique locations for items that will help you survive.
