The evil Republicans and their big boss Trumpster have kidnapped the Russian leader Tsar Vlad. Now the Russians and the American Democrats have joined forces and created a super soldier called Sperminator who is the world's only hope. Tsar Vlad is hidden in a magical secret place. Sperminator needs to collect 6 voodoo dolls in each level to unlock the secret place (Boss Area) where the evil leader Trumpster is keeping the imprisoned Tsar Vlad. Only by defeating Trumpster can Tsar Vlad be saved.
The game has more than 10 different levels and many different enemies. It also includes several different weapons and magical skills. In the levels, the player can find a treasure chest containing different weapons.
