Twister is a 2D puzzle adventure game inspired by traditional Chinese lore.
The game uses pixel art to mimic the aesthetics of Chinese ink painting. Players will meet legendary characters such as the Spirit Guardians, the Ox-Headed and Horse-Faced Guardians of the Otherworld, and the Todi Gong (Guardian of the Earth).
The player assumes the role of Qi Yun, a "Twister" who has the ability to enter people's memories and influence their actions. By using his "Senses" and influencing others' "Intentions," he can change history.
At the request of the Spirit Guardians, Qi Yun goes to a small village to investigate why a spirit cannot reincarnate. The once-prosperous village has been abandoned and filled with rebellious spirits, leaving a woman alone in a teahouse. Who is she waiting for? Where have all the other villagers gone? What really happened seven years ago?Minimum
