KOF Neowave features 12 three-person teams comprised of some of the greatest characters in SNK's 11-year history, including the All-Women Fighting Team (Mai, King, and Yuri) and the Fatal Fury Team (Terry, Joe, and Andy). NEOWAVE features three game modes - Super Cancel, Guard Break, and Max2. The new "Heat Mode" allows players to increase the power of their attacks in exchange for a gradual loss of health. Xbox Live support includes head-to-head combat and tournament mode. A total of 43 characters, including 7 additional characters. 12 of the deadliest fighting teams ever assembled. Choose your team and fight in the original 3-on-3 battle format. Beautifully designed background graphics. Activate "Heat Mode" to increase the power of your attacks. Restores the roll clearing move and thrust attacks. Exaggerated super specials. 3 game modes: Super Cancel, Guard Break, and Max2. Link a special move to a super attack in Super Cancel mode to cause massive damage.
