There are 60fps patches at 1080p for PS4 PRO and 720p for PS4 FAT/SLIM. There are minor bugs when using these patches; the image may fluctuate when moving both sticks. Install it, try it, and then decide.
Since there is no voice acting option in the game, I made patches to change it. By default, the Russian voice acting is installed; to change it, install one of the patches in the optional folder. There are also built-in patches for 60fps + ENG voice acting. Or just ENG voice acting without the 60fps patches. It's all up to you.
