TARTARUS is a first-person action game set in a dark and terrifying science fiction world. In TARTARUS, you play as Cooper. You're trying to hack into the ship's system using "terminals." Hacking the ship is the real challenge. You have to use specific terminal commands, which are very realistic, to make it work. Sometimes you have to search for "terminals" to get the information you need to solve problems. TARTARUS has elements in the style of old school, reminiscent of famous science fiction movies. In the year 2230, the mining and research vessel TARTARUS (MRS TARTARUS 220478) activated the security protocol near Neptune without any sign of it. The crew's only chance of survival is to reach the bridge and restart all systems one by one before the ship crashes into Neptune. We play as Cooper (the ship's cook and miner), who has no education or training in electronics or aviation. To overcome this, the ship's engineer, Andrews, helps us as much as he can. Although it's not as easy as it seems...
