Demonic Abilities:
Capture enemies and sever their limbs. Create minions to relieve your stress or create creatures that explode on contact. Teleport to enemies to kill them instantly. Throw blood-spewing objects into crowds of enemies. Slow down time for increased accuracy while slicing enemies or throwing objects. Mix and match abilities for wild combinations that result in a gory display and body parts flying.
No UI:
VR games should have a minimal UI with as little text and as few numbers as possible sticking them in your face. That's why Tainted Fate has no UI at all. The ability you selected is visible through your hands. Colors fade as the damage you take increases. Haptic feedback and visual and audio cues help immerse you in the world of Tainted Fate.
Epic boss battles.
Building-sized bosses? Check. Multiple ways to defeat them? Check. Gaining their abilities after the battle? Check. Behead them, jump down their necks, make soup from their guts, and exit through a fecal hole? Check.
Variety of movement and graphics options.
New to VR or get nauseous easily? Use teleport. Experienced VR and want free walking for smooth movement? We've got you covered. Don't want to turn around in the real world and want to play from a couch like our lazy developers? Use forward-facing mode. Depending on whether you're using a Rift, Vive, or Windows MR headset, the game dynamically changes the tutorials and in-game visuals to match your headset and chosen movement system.
