Sydney Hunter and the Mayan Curse is a love letter to 8-bit adventure games with platforming challenges. You play as Sydney Hunter, the great adventurer, who, by sheer luck, manages to get trapped inside a massive Mayan pyramid. He soon discovers that the "Feathered Serpent" Kukulkan has divided the sacred Haab calendar into seven individual pieces and hidden these pieces inside the same pyramid! Widespread chaos will ensue and time will freeze if the Haab calendar is not found and reassembled. With the support of the local Mayan people, Sydney Hunter must now find all seven calendar pieces, defeat Kukulkan, and restore peace and balance to Mayan civilization. Features: • Play through a challenging single-player campaign inspired by Mayan gods, culture, and history. • Discover two different endings! • Enjoy stunning 8-bit graphics accompanied by a wonderful chiptune soundtrack. • Fight against 13 powerful Mayan gods and mini-bosses. • Scanline on/off feature. • Collect relics and weapon upgrades to increase your chances of survival!
