The classic roguelite spirit
The Dark King is immortal, but that doesn't mean he's invincible. After defeat, everything must start all over again, as you've already gotten used to. However, don't give up: the equipment and upgrades you acquired in your previous life will stay with you. Partially.
Progress in Summum Aeterna isn't lost: your character is permanent, as are the improvements in the world. Even after repeated defeats, the skills you've mastered won't be lost, and the world won't regress.
Random Worlds
The game uses the original generation system - the so-called seeds. Each seed creates a unique world that differs from others in enemy behavior, special events, and map size. It all depends on the rarity of the germinated seeds and their genes.
Each seed has global modifiers - here called "genes." These are positive and negative traits that determine the dangers, encounters, and rewards that await you on your adventure. Create a world that suits you best!
Fast and Merciless Battles
Destroying every living (and sometimes inanimate) thing that comes your way is the key to survival in Summum Aeterna. Naturally, this requires weapons. But you are a cursed king, which means your arsenal is worthy of a king.
Custom Adventures
In this game, you can define your own adventures. Each world will bring you numerous rewards, including new seeds and coins to improve your skills, unlock new weapons, upgrade existing ones, and, of course, change the world's characteristics for the better.
