Riho High School, where the battle took place, contains these Big Four, feared by all the other schools around it.
And at the top of the Big Four, only one man reigns supreme: Masao Kobayashi.
Here is one of his stories.
In middle school, a mysterious event led him to meet a boy named Mizoguchi,
who was actually a Time Arranger, hunting down an evil organization that had disrupted the balance of time and space.
After Mizoguchi discovered that Kobayashi harbored a share of the mysterious power within him, they set out together to take down this evil organization.
So, when Kobayashi's friend is kidnapped by the evil organization,
he smiles with a calm face while burning with rage inside.
He must save his friend and put an end to this evil organization.
