Spring X Elixir features a modern alchemist girl named Wick Sugar (Xiaoxin Tang), who encounters the mysterious sixth spring element alongside the five elements while slaying evil spirits on her farming journey. The spring element, which has a striking hallucinogenic effect, can create a realistic experience.
