Simona's Lament is not:
A traditional Metroidvania. It has more kinship to Simon's Quest than Symphony of the Night.
It is packed with content. Our goal was to create an experience that could be fully appreciated in a single night.
Simona's Lament is a retro adventure platformer where you play Simona, handmaiden to the Angel of the Purple, tasked with claiming the soul of the Hunter King who has hidden behind the moon.
Travel through various connected levels in the desolate land of Lunatergo. Explore caves and plains and battle ravenous monsters to find the Three Houses, where the clues to completing your quest lie.
