Description: Shadows: Awakening continues the development of the Heretic Kingdoms series. After members of the secret council known as the Penta Nera were killed, their souls were absorbed by Devourers - dark creatures capable of absorbing the memories and personalities of defeated enemies. Demons then incarnate in the souls of the slain and take control of them. The resurfacing members of the Penta Nera will continue their struggle for power and search for immortality in the mortal world.
Shadows: Awakening is a new isometric single-player RPG with real-time tactical combat. Players will try themselves in the role of the Devourer - a formidable demon summoned from the Shadow Realm and with the ability to absorb the memories and personalities of fallen heroes. Gather a team of powerful heroes and skillfully use their strengths. But who is in charge: the demon or the souls it has absorbed? The decision is yours - do you want to help save the world or, conversely, plunge it completely into darkness?
Game features:
• Two worlds - a parallel world inhabited by demons and terrible monsters. The ability to move from the Shadow Realm to the world of humans. A non-trivial history, ancient legends, and mythical creatures.
• Unique team system - one character unites various heroes, each of whom retains their own unique personality. Internal disputes, debates, and character revelations.
• Diverse personalities and skills - choose from three heroes, each with their own story, motives, and goals. Consume the souls of 14 playable characters with unique abilities. Such as Calig, the King of the Bandits, or Evia, the Daughter of the Flame.
• Real-time tactical battles - combine the skills and abilities of different characters for maximum effect.
• Impressive length - over 20 hours of gameplay on the first playthrough, with many variations on repeat plays. In total, there are over 60 hours of gameplay.
• Non-trivial puzzles - throughout the game world, from small villages to deep, dark dungeons, puzzles are scattered that the main character has to solve.
• Item creation and collection - an extensive system of item creation and collection will allow you to create a unique character.
