In 2006, comic book crime-fighting duo Sam and Max starred in the first full episodic game from Telltale, the studio that went on to produce The Walking Dead and Batman: The Enemy Within.
Now, our favorite dog and bunny-thing Max are back in Sam & Max Save the World Remastered, a new version of their first season of episodic games lovingly updated by a small group of original developers with the approval of Sam & Max creator Steve Purcell.

It's just another day at the office for the self-styled Free Police when the commissioner calls in with a disturbing report: former child stars are running amok! What starts as a straightforward case of mindless vandalism turns into a full-blown conspiracy as Sam and Max come across criminal after criminal who's been mysteriously hypnotized. (You can tell by the "ring thing" they do with their eyes.)
Who's the source of this corruption, and what's their sinister plan? Solving this case will require Sam's nose for detective work, Max's lack of conscience, a variety of inventory items, and a little help from neighbors Sybil Pandemic, Bosco, and Jimmy Two-Teeth.
