1587, 2A - Fifteen years have passed since the guns of the Great War finally fell silent. The conflict shook the world, leaving half a generation of men and women sprawled dead on the battlefield. Of the many players who once acted on the world stage, only two remain: the Kingdom of Cyrinthia and the Old Republic of Tariq.
In time, Dmitri Noraskov, hero of the defeated Kingdom of Arkady, rose from the ashes. He saw his king as a coward for surrendering, a traitor for submitting to the Treaty of Efenhart. The people saw the same. They supported Noraskov when he overthrew the king. They supported him when they reclaimed the lands that had been taken from them. They supported him when he raised an army. Noraskov had reasoned that the nations of the world were still too exhausted by the Great War to enforce the terms of the treaty. So far, his gamble has proven successful.Minimum
