Background Information

This operation was called the Rest in Eternal Project, also known as RIP.
Killing the undead would not be enough. Humanity has developed highly advanced AI technology to manipulate specialized forces, now called "Agents," to command from headquarters.
Using this advanced technology, the AI named "RIP" successfully captures the remaining souls of the undead to make improvements to the Agents' equipment and weapons, but also to their strength and abilities.
