Redemption: The Eternal Quest is a casual RPG/Simulation game that combines an RPG feel with squad management mechanics. You become the leader of a squad of adventurers, guiding them through quests and adventures, healing them, monitoring their growth (or not!), and signing new contracts while keeping your bag of gold full.
Key Features:
— Take command of 6 adventurers of your choice, each with different strengths, weaknesses, rewards, and hidden secrets.
— Fully Replayable — Play with time limits or set quests, or play unlimited seasons in a campaign. Everything is randomly generated in each game, for maximum replayability.
— A fully variable aging and injury/illness engine is built in for maximum challenge. Gain experience levels and increase your ability over the seasons. Variable development curve - some will evolve into fearsome warriors, others won't.
— Relationships between characters form over time, both good and bad. Sign contracts (or "agreements") with them to keep them happy and working for you, or if they get too greedy, decide when enough is enough and cut them loose. Agreements can include upfront money, annual money, or a percentage of discovered treasure.
— Choose your path: Train and develop your warriors at school, or hire experienced mercenaries later to take their place if they don't succeed.
— You set the pace: You can send them on easy missions to worlds with limited danger (and possibly limited rewards) but protect your warriors, or send them to more dangerous worlds for greater rewards.
— Music, detailed graphics, and a polished UI to draw you into the world.
— Engage in unique card-based combat with over 200 different monsters, each with a different combat power range.
— Explore ruins, dungeons, open treasure chests, and complete unique grand quests.
