Red Dead Revolver is a third-person shooter video game published by Rockstar Games and developed by Rockstar San Diego. It


was originally developed by Capcom, but was abandoned in 2002. Rockstar Games later acquired and expanded the game. The game was based on the spaghetti western.


The game takes place in the Wild West in the 1880s. Nate Harlow and his partner "Griff" have captured the gold medal at Bear Mountain. Griff is later captured by the Mexican army and sentenced to death as a spy. General Javier Diego offers half of the gold found on Bear Mountain if he saves Griff's life. Diego agrees. Later, the general sends Colonel Darren, his right-hand man, to kill Nate Harlow and his family. Darren shoots Nate and his wife, Shooting Star. However, Red Harlow, Nate's son, manages to retrieve his father's weapon from the fire and shoots Darren before he escapes.
