The general term for this value, which determines the morals of an individual's heart and soul, is commonly known as "Psycho-Pass."
One component of this value is the Crime Coefficient, which ultimately represents a number expressing an individual's capacity for crime. To combat those who attempt to disrupt the status quo, Inspectors work together to maintain peace and order, and are composed of Enforcers and Inspectors. The former are tasked with apprehending suspects, while the latter supervise their fellow subordinates. After all, Enforcers have high Crime Coefficients. However, due to their criminal nature, they can better understand what makes other criminals tick, allowing them to uncover suspects and apprehend the real culprits. However, due to their criminal background, Inspectors need to make a calm and sound judgment in each case. Ultimately, all members of the MWPSB must walk a fine line, maintaining their sanity while facing the worst that society has to offer.
