After Postal Dude's week-long apocalypse in paradise, we follow him and his mad dog companion, Champ, as they migrate to the aptly named sister city, Catharsis. Unfortunately, due to a global economic meltdown, left-wing "green" psychopathy, and confounding government corruption, Catharsis proves to be no better place to live.
Which path will you choose when faced with the actions of a scheming mayor? A demented cartoon mascot with ties to Al Qaeda? A group of environmental zealots of a former vice president? What about gay scooter "rider" gangs and a sociopathic cult leader's uncle with nuclear ambitions? Will you give in to your baser instincts and fight fire with gasoline? Or will you transcend that to become something more, to serve and protect your fellow citizens from the rampant madness of our modern society?
