We follow a London businessman, Julian, who works for a high-profile accounting firm and has a busy job. The amount of energy the job demands causes him to struggle in his personal life. When the stress of work seems to overwhelm him, he hits the emergency button and takes a day off. We're here with him, listening to what's on his mind.

with The Zen Way, I want to share ways we can feel more in control of our own lives and what we can do ourselves to gain that control. Mindful thinking and meditation have always been very useful tools in my life and have always helped me deal with difficult situations in my life. The intention is for people to use this game and the perspective it offers in their own lives. It helps people spend less time worrying about the future or the past and be more present in the moment they're in.
