The game tells the story of Patrick Kalman, a 31-year-old man who lost his entire family under mysterious circumstances – his parents died brutally, and his sister suddenly disappeared for unknown reasons.
The shock of losing his loved ones shattered Patrick's psyche and turned his own apartment into a prison for him. The only surviving member of Patrick's family is his sister, who disappeared more than 10 years ago.
One day, Patrick receives a phone call, and the voice he hears seems to belong to his sister. She announces her arrival – many years after her disappearance.
The protagonist, who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia, will have to make a difficult decision – should he stay at home without medication and reveal his neighbor's dark secret?
