The golden age of heroes has ended, but you've only just begun. Will you use your powers to help the world or to help yourself? The story takes place in a near-future Earth that has been irreversibly altered by the arrival of superhumans, and the world has been dealing with a radical shift in the nature of humanity. For thirty years, those with world-altering powers—known as "Caps"—have been at the forefront of global media. There have been heroes, there have been villains, and there have been devastating confrontations when these two groups have connected. For a while, these individuals walked the world like modern gods. For a while, it was fine.
But things change. Over time, everything disintegrates into chaos.
The golden age is over. The player, a member of the newest class of an international academy for individuals with powers, needs to find their place in this new world, and whether that place will be determined by their own hand—or by the machinations of others. Set in the turbulent city of Paradigm, the player will have to decide whether their name will become synonymous with fame or infamy, idealism or pragmatism, and loyalty or ambition.
