Information:
Château de Rhin is a medieval fantasy romance + diplomacy queen sim.
As Vilia, the sole heir to the late king, you should immediately inherit the throne, but the nobles at your court strongly doubt your ability. After much debate, they decide to give you one year (no more, no less) to prove your worth.
During this trial, you can choose four nobles to help you lead your country to prosperity, showing all who doubted you how wrong they were.
...Or you can let your heart betray you and take one as your wife.
The fate of the land is in your hands! What kind of queen will you be?
Defend your rightful rights.
As the sole remaining offspring of the Holy King of the Knights, your destiny is to unite the divided kingdoms and bring everyone together under the honorable name of Tableronde. The problem is, few are willing to trust their affairs to a sheltered princess thrust into a position of rule without training and without warning...
Summon Your Loyal Supporters
Choose four nobles to aid your campaign from a wide range of candidates, including a loyal childhood friend with no tactics or knowledge but an excess of heart, a dark dwarven diplomat from an isolated land with questionable motives, and even a wolfman unfamiliar with the ways of the human world...
Prove Your Worth
Part visual novel, part strategy simulation, you must send your men on missions to neighboring kingdoms—be they trusted allies or fearsome enemies—to gain their support by any means necessary. Show the rulers of these divided lands that you can unite them all under one banner, just as your famous ancestor did long ago!
Discover Your Other Half.
Tableronde can only be left without a suitable ruler for one year before exploiters fill the power vacuum, so that's how long Philia is given to either take the throne through decisive action, or accept the marriage proposal of the lascivious chancellor Dector and pass all her power to him. Or perhaps, if she herself is unwilling to take on these duties, there might be another knight more worthy of the inheritance through a marriage based on true love? Who is responsible for determining whether your power is distributed... and whether you seek personal happiness, historical leadership, or the ultimate dream of both...Minimum
