Twenty years after the success of the award-winning action-adventure Outcast, which established the non-linear world gaming genre, Cutter Slade returns to the wonderful alien space world of Adelpha in the game's highly anticipated sequel. Reborn by the superpowered Yods, he returns to find the Tallan enslaved, the world stripped of its natural resources, and his past intertwined with the forces of invading robots. He must once again embark on a mission to save the planet.
