In this realistic truck simulator, you have over 6,500 km of motorways and country roads at your disposal—including numerous detailed highway interchanges. Get behind the wheel of a MAN TGX or Scania R Series truck and discover over 15 German cities such as Hamburg, Bremen, Cologne, Hanover, and Berlin, with their unique road layouts and landmarks. In addition, there are many other tourist points waiting to be discovered along your journey.
Thanks to the collaboration with MAN and Scania, the trucks behave extremely realistically—including automatic transmissions, dynamic/interior braking, and assistance systems. From compact box bodies to semi-trailers and even gigaliners, you'll have the right size of cargo available for each delivery request. Thanks to Steam Workshop support, you can paint each vehicle and trailer as you wish.
On The Road also includes an economy system. Start your own company and hire drivers so you can accept more orders. Plan your routes as efficiently as possible, but be sure to also factor in mandatory rest periods.
