Ava is the young daughter of Dr. Cavor, the elderly genius scientist, and Selene, the former queen of the moon. Selene's life depends only on the special power that the moon crystals give her. But the crystals are gone, and time is running out. Dr. Cavor orders Ava to go to the moon and retrieve as many crystals as possible!
Eywa must survive dangerous catacombs deep beneath the surface and fight a horde of aliens who have taken over the moon and who turn out to be not so primitive. Their world is filled with terrifying technology, deadly traps, and armed fighters. Ava soon realizes that the only way to save her mother is to save Luna from herself.
