If you want, you can maximize the value of your city. You tap on a tile and select the type of layout you want to apply: residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, or park. Based on what's already surrounding your selection, your city's value will increase accordingly. There's no resource management or waiting involved—just keep tapping on tiles and selecting the layout you want to apply to maximize value. The key is to maintain land balance, which is to maintain the correct ratio of each type of land tile and then try to apply the layout where it will return the most value. As the value of your city's tiles increases, you'll see residential and commercial areas level up, and the next-level buildings will appear on those tiles (just adding a bit of visual variety).Minimum
