Marvel's Avengers is an epic third-person action-adventure that combines a compelling story with exciting single-player and co-op gameplay*. Assemble a team of up to 4 people, master amazing abilities, choose from a long roster of heroes, and protect Earth from an imminent threat.
The game begins on Avengers Day, when Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, and Thor inaugurate the new Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco. Unfortunately, the holiday is destined to be short-lived: due to the fault of an unknown enemy, a terrible catastrophe occurs, resulting in numerous casualties and destruction. The Avengers are blamed for this tragedy, and the group disbands. Five years later, at a time when superheroes are outlawed and a terrible threat looms around the world, determined young Kamala Khan embarks on a dangerous journey. She faces a difficult task: to find the Avengers and reunite them to fight against a mysterious new force - AIM.
