Lovecraft's Untold Stories is based on the stories of H.P. Lovecraft. You will experience the cosmic horror created by the genius of Providence. Each character will undergo an investigation that will take them through different locations, from a creepy old Victorian mansion to an abandoned hospital where forbidden experiments take place or a forest where lost tribes celebrate forgotten rituals, to name just a few. Levels are randomly generated: It'll be a different experience each time you play. Also, they vary depending on the character you play as. Look for items and clues to unlock new secrets and stories! 5 Characters, 5 Ways to Fight the Mythos.
You can play as 5 different characters, each with a different playstyle and story. A Private Investigator, a Witch, a Thief, a Professor, and even an Ogre—each with different stats, weapons, and combat moves, creating five completely different gameplay experiences. The Investigator offers a balanced playstyle, with average health and stamina. The Professor is a ranged combat specialist, with lower health and a special shield granted by his weapon, Tillinghast. The Witch deals a lot of damage, has teleportation abilities, and fire and ice elemental shields, but also very low health. The Thief is a melee specialist who takes advantage of stealth to maximize damage. The Ogre deals a lot of close-quarters damage, has high health, and self-regenerates, but cannot use medical kits at all.
