In this horizontally-oriented action adventure game, you'll need to explore an abandoned hotel, searching for clues to solve the hotel's mystery and ensuring your escape from a mysterious and murderous character intent on killing you. The fate of the girls' lives will change dramatically depending on your actions in the game.
Live streamers Mio Ikoma, Nana Sakurai, and Azusa Shiraishi travel to a locally famous haunted resort, Hotel Izanami, at Nana's request to film a video there. It was supposed to be an average movie shoot at an average haunted location with no particular legend attached. They wanted to complete the shoot without a hitch and have an end result that was mysteriously terrifying... just what they wanted.
During the shoot, Mio loses contact with the group and is suddenly attacked by a haunted costume that has come to life. From this point on, the trapped girls are subject to various horrors throughout the hotel. Why is the haunted costume trying to harm them, and why are they locked in the hotel with no possibility of escape? Can the three girls escape the hotel with their lives?
