The Chronicles of Anar long ago told the legend of a mysterious sword and its accompanying shield that protected the people of Anar for centuries. The sword and shield were supposedly guarded by ancient pirates, but their existence and possible whereabouts are now purely the stuff of legend.
The evil sorcerer Sozar assembled a fighting force of transformed humans and plunged the kingdom into fear. An entire army of brave warriors had already perished at the hands of the evil sorcerer, and only the combined might of the legendary sword and shield could defeat the dark forces suffocating the land.
Summoned before King Darius and the High Council of Anar, you and five other loyal men volunteer to find the enchanted sword and shield and destroy Sozar before he can assemble an army large enough to enslave Anar and the rest of the world...Minimum
