Description: Britain's most famous intelligence agent must once again save the world threatened by a self-confident terrorist. Former KGB agent Nikolai Diavolo has gained access to nanomachines capable of destroying all metals except platinum. With their help, as well as the support of his fleet of state-of-the-art platinum-plated tanks, the villain plans to bring the entire world to its knees, starting with Russia.
This is the second game about the adventures of Agent 007, introduced in the third-person shooter genre after 007: Tomorrow Never Dies, which was released on PlayStation One. For the first time in the series, the mechanics of using cover and shooting from behind are introduced. Like the two previous James Bond games, 007: Agent Under Fire and 007: Nightfire, the gameplay is divided into foot and vehicle sections, but the fleet of vehicles has been significantly expanded. The "Bond cars" are the Porsche Cayenne Turbo and the Aston Martin V12 Vanquish, complemented by a Triumph Daytona 600 motorcycle, a combat helicopter, and a tank, as well as several non-combat vehicles: a limousine, a race car, and a Bond truck. Over 30 missions are packed with a variety of gameplay mechanics that make up a fantastic espionage adventure. Breathtaking open city and highway locations for car chases; a grappling hook from Q Lab for climbing steep walls; tornado battles and even car stealth missions.
Pierce Brosnan lends his voice to a live-action James Bond film for the first time. Other characters are also played by famous actors. Willem Dafoe plays Nicholas Diavolo, Judi Dench plays M, and John Cleese plays Q. Bond fans will be pleased to see Richard Kiel return as the charming and charismatic assassin, Jaws.
