The friends, accompanied by a saber-toothed squirrel named Scrat, decide to embark on a difficult journey in search of a better place to live. This universal favorite will be the main game character in Ice Age 2: The Meltdown. She will have to dig tunnels, sniff out trails, jump from tree to tree, and gather acorns and nuts, all for the sole purpose of saving the valley from an unprecedented flood. Amazing new adventures await Manfred, Sid, Diego, and, of course, Scrat. The Ice Age is coming to an end, and all the animals are admiring the melting paradise the world has become, with its waters, hot springs, and tar pits. But it turns out that kilometers of ice will melt, and the beloved valley of Manfred, Sid, and Diego will be flooded... Now our heroes must warn all the inhabitants of the valley about the impending disaster and save themselves from the imminent flood.
