First, someone had to defeat the Kraken and the Triton. Someone had to defeat the Leviathan. Someone had to sack all the ghost ships. Data about these deeds is missing from the archives, and you can't find it in the memoirs of any major politician. Just as the knowledge of the "Avant Armada" was erased by some bloody official,
the people who participated in the expeditions were not sane. Madmen, troubled souls, and just plain madmen were forced by royal orders to eradicate evil in the uncharted seas. "Here Be Dragons" describes these events.
