Follow Alison as she begins her final rotations as a trainee at Queensborough Bridge Hospital, on her way to graduating as a fully qualified doctor! Unfortunately, things never go well for Alison, and this one is no exception. Dr. Ermey, the lead doctor during her rotation at the clinic, seems to hold a grudge against her, threatening to doom her. Alison ends up watching her chances of becoming a doctor disappear by the minute, desperately searching for a solution, but is unable to find one.
However, everything is put on hold when a patient with a mysterious illness is admitted to the hospital. Several doctors end up infected, including Connor, Sophia... and Dr. Ermey. When the Center for Infectious Disease Control takes control of Queensborough Hospital, it becomes a race against time for Alison and the other doctors to find a cure before more deaths occur.
