Raw halite, essential to life in Niflheim, is running out, leading to pollution and a dying world. The leadership squabbles among themselves at a dead end of conflicting solutions, until they finally decide to enlist Asgard for help. Gunhildr, the only member of the Warrior Class who has become ancient, is sent to plead before the gods, but they reject her. Unable to accept the refusal, Gunhildr challenges the gods themselves in an attempt to earn their respect. She is defeated. The gods reject Niflheim as a parasite on the Nine Worlds and destroy the Bifrost, isolating Niflheim from the other worlds of Yggdrasil forever. The Elemental Three declare Gunhildr the "Bane of Niflheim" and sentence her to eternity of imprisonment in Niflhel. Her escape is where our story begins...
As Gunhildr, you will begin a journey across Niflheim through dynamically generated dungeons, equipped with an array of otherworldly weapons and powers. Collect halite crystals from slain enemies and scattered formations to restore your armor; purchase items for your survival; and keep your weapons cool. Listen to ancient Niflheim tales between battles, and as your benevolent guide, Lucky, helps you escape the dark abyss of Niflhel. Every round is different, every gun is upgradeable, and everyone is waiting for you to free them from the Elementals' grip.
Fast-paced first-person combat.
Using your fists, bombs, and, of course, guns, travel through the worlds of Niflheim and defeat the Elementals' armies. Gunhildr features a wide array of weapons. As you delve deeper, you'll find individual upgrades to increase their effectiveness or give them magical properties. You'll also find new weapons with pre-applied upgrades. The choice is yours to switch to the new gun or keep the one you've been working on.

halite, powers everything. It's the source of life in Niflheim. You'll find halite scattered throughout the world, and enemies will fall when defeated. You'll use the halite you collect to restore your armor, cool down your weapons, unlock treasures, and spend it in the shop. When you die, you'll reclaim most of the halite you collected to further upgrade your abilities in the pensieve.Minimum
