From the decade of big hair, excess, and pastel suits comes the story of one man's rise to the top of the criminal underworld. Vice City, a massive urban sprawl stretching from the beach to the swamps and from the glitz to the slums, was one of the most diverse, complete, and vibrant digital cities ever created. Combining open-world gameplay with a character-driven narrative, you arrive in a city of hedonism and decadence that you can control as you choose.
Having just returned to the streets of Liberty City after a long stint in a maximum-security prison, Tommy Vercetti is sent to Vice City by his old boss, Sonny Forelli. They were understandably nervous about his return to Liberty City, so a trip south seemed like a good idea. But things don't go smoothly upon his arrival in the gleaming, hedonistic city. He's swindled and left penniless and penniless. Sonny wants his money back, but biker gangs, Cuban cartels, and corrupt politicians stand in his way. It seems most of Vice City wants Tommy dead. His only answer is to fight back and take over the city himself. Minimum
