General Horse is the last remaining military courier in the galaxy. After the Great War with the Anarchists™, almost everyone died. He has nothing left but to take the highest remaining position in the military.
On his journey to deliver mail, he encounters looters who attempt to steal his package. His duty, as Postmaster General, is to protect what he considers sacred: a package bearing an official postmark. It must be delivered wherever it must be delivered!
