With the rapid development of aviation technology, an organization called the "Blue Heavenly Union" was founded to maintain order in the sky by law. People are now called the "Guild."
Ten years have passed since then, and the Guild is about to put an end to the constant chaos in the sky.
This is the story of one of the pilots living in that era.
