: Arbiter's Mark is a story-driven, turn-based tactical RPG set in a fantasy world with a touch of steampunk. Take control of Arbiter Kyrie, an agent of the Immortal Council charged with maintaining stability and order across the land, leading your forces through challenging encounters.
Centuries ago, a monstrous beast of destruction ravaged the world. In this time of need, the first Immortals came to their strange powers, powers so great that they succeeded in destroying the monster that was ravaging the land, where all else had failed.
To prevent similar destruction from occurring again, the Immortals gathered to form a Council that would enforce order and stability on a global scale, intervening at any sign of war or chaos.
The Immortals may be immensely powerful, but they are few in number. Even they cannot police all the lands. That is why they rely on their human agents, the Arbiters, to protect the people of the land from the daily dangers they face. The Arbiters roam the land, rooting out bandits, chaotic monsters, and crooked officials; their word is law.
But one ruler discovers the deepening corruption within her own system, and it falls to her to stop the spread of a threat like the previous monstrous beast.Minimum
